To Proceed:

1. Create your account in the following pages.
2. Upload your vaccination records: DHPP, Rabies, Bordatella and Canine Influenza (CIV, H3N8/H3N2)
3. Request your temperament screening (tour, meet and greet). 
4. We will manually verify that you have uploaded all 4 vaccinations. If your vaccinations are out of date or incomplete your appointment will be cancelled and you may reupload, rebook and wait for manual verification.
5. You will receive an email/text when your appointment is confirmed or cancelled.
